1 Tbsp. moringa powder
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
A pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt
In a Vitamix or any other blender, pulse together all ingredients until fully mixed.
Spread on pasta, use as marinade, or as a dressing or dip. Tastes great on sourdough bread and baguettes!
